Normal check-in time is from 5:30 PM to 21:30 PM. Please give us an estimated slot of your arrival as soon as possible. We can arrange check-in time if needed.
Check-out time is until 11:00 AM.
Pets are not permitted.
Smoking is not allowed inside the Chateau but is permitted outside provided that cigarette butts are not discarded on the grounds.
Parties/events are not permitted unless the Chateau is privately hired for the event.
Guests are requested to avoid making noise between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am unless the Chateau is privately hired for one event.
The guest acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
Hosts are not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
Regardless of charge instructions, I acknowledge that I am personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by me during my stay.
Cancellation policy
For non refundable rate: * No cancellation * Free modifications 14D before arrival at the latest, not possible after * 100% as deposit required in the next 48h
For refundable rate: * Free cancellation 2D before arrival, not possible after * Free modifications 2D before arrival, not possible after * Deposit of your choice (min 10%) required in the next 2D. The deposit is refunded in case of free cancellation * 100% payment 1D before arrival at the latest.
